Theodoros Kolokotronis- He was an experienced soldier in the English Army and returned to Greece on the night before the revolution. His experience made him a perfect fit for leading Greek fighters. He lead the siege of Tripolis which was the first success of the Greek Revolution. He is considered the most important figure of the Greek Revolution.
Constantinos Kanaris- He blew up Turkish ships at Chios, Tenedos, Mytilene, and Samos. He attempted to destroy the Turkish fleet at Alexandria but failed due to wind direction. He is a very important naval figure for the Greek Revolution.
Andreas Miaoulis- During the second year of the revolution he was appointed admiral of the Greek fleet. He defeated the Turkish Navy at Patra and the Turkish-Egyptian fleet Geronda. He also brought supplies to besieged cities on several occasions.
Nikitaras- Nephew of Kolokotronis. He frequently helped besieged cities and people in need. He was also a great naval leader like his Uncle.
